Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuralDiff ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuralDiff provides AI-powered visual regression detection tools including an open-source SDK, a local analysis daemon, a cloud analysis API, and a web dashboard for managing projects and reviewing findings.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Open Source Components

The NeuralDiff SDK, daemon, and MCP server are open source under the MIT License. These components may be used, modified, and distributed according to that license. The cloud service, web dashboard, and proprietary analysis models are not open source and are subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer the cloud analysis models or proprietary algorithms
• Resell or redistribute the cloud service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all screenshots, analysis results, and other data you create using the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Pricing and Payments

Free tier features are provided at no cost with the usage limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the Enterprise agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralDiff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
